Terms of service

Services

VetVikas provides scheduled veterinary home visits for dogs and cats, plus boarding and medical boarding at our Gurugram facility. We are not an emergency service.

Prices

Visit fees and service prices are shown on the website. Vaccine, medicine and procedure prices are confirmed by the vet after examining your pet, before anything is given.

Your responsibilities

Please share your pet's correct health history and keep your pet safely restrained during the visit.

Boarding pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.

Medical care

The vet gives treatment based on professional judgement. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and the vet may refer your pet to a hospital when needed.
