Questions
Pet parents often ask
Which areas do you cover?+
All of Gurugram (₹199 visit fee) and nearby Delhi: Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Mahipalpur, Chhatarpur and around (₹299 visit fee). Check your pincode on the booking page.
Why is the vaccine price confirmed after the checkup?+
The right vaccine depends on your pet's age, size and history. The vet checks your pet first and tells you the exact price before giving anything.
Is a home vaccination as safe as at a clinic?+
Yes. Vaccines travel in a temperature-logged cooler, and the vet does a health check before every shot.
How do I pay?+
Pay by UPI or cash after the visit. No payment is needed to book. Boarding needs a 30% advance by UPI.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Home visits can be cancelled for free up to 2 hours before. The boarding advance is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in.
Do you handle emergencies?+
We work on scheduled visits, every day from 9 am to 8 pm. For a serious emergency, please go to the nearest 24-hour vet hospital.
